God's Wrath
For the great day of their wrath has come Revelation 6:17
This scripture from Revelations indicates the "Day of the Lord" or the "Day of God's Wrath" which
is also the beginning of the 7 year Tribulation. The word "wrath" here is the Greek word orge

men, who suppress the truth by their wickedness. Romans 1:18

From these scriptures we see that God's wrath will come upon those that are disobedient. Those
who do not repent of their wicked ways are already under judgment. They will not enter heaven
unless they repent and ask Jesus to forgive their sins and start to obey God.
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s
wrath through him. Romans 5:8-9

die for us. By asking Jesus to forgive our sins we are no longer under God's wrath.

For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.

These scriptures show us clearly that believers are not under the wrath of God. Jesus will
rescue us from God's wrath. How will he do that? By rapturing the church at the beginning of the
Tribulation because we were not appointed to suffer God's wrath.
The Bible says that the Tribulation will be a time of testing to see who will serve God and who will
not. Believers have already made their choice, they don't need to be tested any further. This is
why God's wrath does not pretain to believers.
Those who say that the rapture will happen part way through the Tribulation or at the end of the
Tribulation and that believers will have to live through it, deny these scriptures which clearly say
